- 400 grammes chicken breast
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons plain flour
- 150 grammes Cornflakes
- butter or sunflower oil for cooking

Instructions
- Put the plain flour in a bowl.
- Beat the eggs together in a second bowl.
- Scrunch up the Cornflakes in a third bowl.
- Chop up the chicken breasts into small, bite-sized chunks.
- Carefully roll each chicken piece in flour, then the beaten egg mixture, then the Cornflake mixture.
- Heat the butter or oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat.
- Carefully add the chicken pieces.
- Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until crunchy and golden brown. Carefully turn to cook on the other side for another 4 to 5 minutes. Take one out and cut into it to check it is cooked all the way through.
- Drain on some kitchen paper for a few minutes to remove the excess oil.
- Serve & enjoy!
