The Real Deal Chicken ‘Nuggets’
These little crispy-coated Chicken Nuggets are super quick and easy to make. And they’re really really tasty (according to my non-vegetarian family!). Serve with chips, potato wedges, tortilla wraps and veggies or a crisp green salad. Delicious!

  1. Put the plain flour in a bowl.
  2. Beat the eggs together in a second bowl.
  3. Scrunch up the Cornflakes in a third bowl.
  4. Chop up the chicken breasts into small, bite-sized chunks.
  5. Carefully roll each chicken piece in flour, then the beaten egg mixture, then the Cornflake mixture.
  6. Heat the butter or oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat.
  7. Carefully add the chicken pieces.
  8. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until crunchy and golden brown. Carefully turn to cook on the other side for another 4 to 5 minutes. Take one out and cut into it to check it is cooked all the way through.
  9. Drain on some kitchen paper for a few minutes to remove the excess oil.
  10. Serve & enjoy!
